2. Uses Made of the Information
2.1 To facilitate payment we store your mobile phone information. The information is stored securely and measures are taken to prevent unauthorised or accidental access to mobile phone information.
2.2 Information held about you is used in the following ways:
2.2.1 by the Retailer to administer the Syndicates you are a part of as part of the EuroTeleLotto service, inform you if you have won a prize, and advise you how you can find out who has won a prize;
2.2.2 to try to ensure that the content on our website is presented in the most effective manner for you and your computer.
2.3 To opt out of marketing from EuroTeleLotto you may need to text “noinfo” to 62444.
We may share your information with third parties only where it is necessary for the operation of your Account, for example, with any outsourced Call Centre agents who may need access to your Account, your bank and authentication agencies that carry out identity checks. We will only share your information with third parties for marketing and business purposes if you have consented at Registration.
2.4 In addition we may provide aggregate statistics about our sales, customers, traffic patterns and other site information to third parties, but these statistics will not include any information that could personally identify you.
